E-mail: henriettafriis@gmail.com 40 years. Accountant, HD-R. Bachelor in teaching: Danish, English, Art and Religion. Married to Morten Friis, 41 years – Master in accounting and financing, at present employed at SimCorp Ltd. Three children: Therese 11, Peter 10 and Jacob 8.

We are, yet again, located in our beloved London, England. I’m writing my first novel – or rather trying to find the nessecary time for it which can be difficult with three children, a household, hard work at the gym – aiming at doing my first marathon at The London Marathon 2011 and teaching mother tongue at The International School of London in Surrey. Also we have just bought a house that needs a lot of work doing to it, and I have lost my heart to reading and photography, not to mention all the beautiful, wonderfully friendly, people I keep meeting here. Further more I love going up to London though it does seem to be ages since I last went .

My blog is primarily an extended postcard to friends and family in Denmark on expat life, travels and everyday life & experiences.
